Marika Tsircou is the Greek Beverly Hills Version of Me!

As many of you who know me personality , knows that I am a reality show junky. Well somehow Beverly Hills Nannies escaped my radar. It wasn't until yesterday while on the ABC family app located on my iPad that I came across The show. I spent the entire day watching every episode of this show. OH MY GOODNESS! I know the show was supposed to be about the nannies hence the name but give Marika more air time. She is so like the Greek Beverly Hills version of me. If I lived in the BH we would totally be best friends. I think I am having my first mom crush LOL !

Like me she is an attachment parent, baby wearing, full term Breastfeeding momma, natural parent! And she believes that breast milk can cure any and everything because she had done her research . I instantly felt a connection with her on screen. Then when I saw her cute little one Xander wear a Baltic amber necklace just like my little one ; I knew me and this mom had a real connection. Then watching her carrying Xander around the house in the Mei Tai , just like I carry mines around in his or the Moby wrap around the house, I was like ABC give Marika her own show cause she is bringing to television what attachment parenting is all about. Then i really fell in love when I saw her frozen stash of Breastmilk! Marika you rock! And kudos by the way for the reunion show, yeah that idiot who wanted to know about the beer and breastmilk need to do some research.

Marika was very outspoken just like I am on the show. And that is a must for attachment parents who also Breastfeeds. When it comes to the dealings of our children our nannies or babysitters must parent along the same lines of us. And what was with the deal of Justin wanting to be paid $40 an hour? Get real hunny, and please don't believe Kristin she isn't making that much. I don't even pay my babysitters that much. Marika was correct in her price $12-15 an hour is what you are going to get. What do they think they are going to be doing for $40 and hour? Brain surgery ?

Books by Zane vs the 50 shades of grey series

This is an open letter to my friends of the Caucasian race who told me that I must read the 50 shades of gray book series. How it was so hot and steamy and it's like reading hardcore porn. For the longest I have been seeing all the hype about this book and how it was just too hot to handle, so of course I haven't read it being the southern belle that I am. *insert sarcastic laugh here* But I just kept hearing from you all that OMG this book is filled with hardcore porno type scenes on it that is very detailed. Women were raving about this book. How it got them all hot and bothered and that they wanted a man like Christian Grey. So I got my friend to bring me her copy of the series and let me say this. The 50 shades of gray series is just like reading nursery rhymes and bed time stories. Now if you want to read something that is really hot and steamy and will excite you to the bone, I would go as far to say that you will even get the Big O for reading these books, each and everyone of you need to pickup some books by this author name ZANE , you can find her in Barnes and nobles and books a million and even on your nooks and iPads and kindles. I suggest you read them on an ereader so no one will know what you are reading. Because these books are nothing compared to 50 shades of grey . Just ask any woman of the African American race and she will tell you. Show time has even turn several of her books into miniseries that airs late at night for a reason. Unlike 50 shades of grey these books aren't sold in Walmart or target. You must go to the bookstore and tell them you want ZANE books. Sandy Hook Elementary

December 14, 2012 marks another tragic day in our nation's history. 20 sweet precious children at Sandy Hook elementary in CT., lost their lives today when a craze gunman went on a shooting rampage inside their school. 20 children who wont be coming home for Christmas. 20 angels who wont graduate from high school or college. 20 would be doctors, lawyers, teachers, leaders of the community. 20 hopes and dreams for a brighter future now lay dead in a school. As a parent it saddens me to think that our children are no longer safe at school. Instead of fire drills, tornado drills, and earth quake drills. Our children must have drills on what to do if a craze gunman was to enter their school on a shooting rampage. 20 parents sent their little ones to school not knowing that this would be the last time they heard their voice, laughter or smile. 20 parents expected to pick their children up from school to hear about their day. 20 parents expected to see their children's faces light up on Christmas morning. Now heaven has gain 20 angels playing on golden slides and merry go rounds. Parents no matter how much your little ones get on your nerves today, hug them tight. Love on them and kiss them. Cause we never know what the day will bring.

A Healthy Coffee????? Could It Be True?!?!

I am a coffee lover, and I would drink like 3-4 cups of coffee a day sometimes even more; however I would always get jittery and then a crash and burn feeling would happen. A friend of mines James Roach II gave me some samples of this new coffee that he was selling; Organo Gold. I tried some the next morning and over the next week and to my surprise I only needed ONE CUP a day, I never got jittery, and it doesn't keep me awake, even if I have a second cup at night. I've been drinking this brand for about 2 months now, and believe that Organo Gold coffee is different from a lot of the 'healthy' coffee brands and 'regular' brands out there. "OG" as I like to call it, is 100% Arabica [low acidity] and has only 9mg of caffeine per cup, as opposed to the 134mg in 'regular' coffee. At first I was worried that I'd get headaches and / or some other type of 'withdrawal' symptoms from the decreased amount of caffeine, but the Ganoderma in this coffee, more than compensates for that. It naturally invigorates a body, and overall, one should feel very calm. One thing that I notice about this coffee was the taste, it was very good and smooth. And after drinking just one cup, my energy and stamina levels were very noticeable and I never once experience that crash and burn feeling. Some of my friends who also drinks this particular brand of coffee have lost weight and most experience detoxification within one week. If you have health issues or ailments, you may want to search-engine 'ganoderma (comma) 'any disease' you can think of, to find out more. You will find many brands of 'healthy coffee' out there-in my opinion this one tastes really good. But I highly recommend you taste the product and see what it can do for YOU. Every 'body' is different. I'm just one person, but for me, this brand has positively affected my: blood pressure, sugar cravings, mood, flexibility, migraines/headaches, skin, allergies [prone to sinus allergies]. I am happy to report that I have NEVER encountered: jitters, crash, burning stomach, nor nausea with this coffee (as was the case with my previous habit of 3 to 4 cups a day of 'regular' coffee). If black is not your style, there is a creamer & sugared "Latte", a dark chocolate added "Mocha" and [perfect for ADD sufferers and all children] "Hot Chocolate". My Chuck E Chees's Pet Peeve

First of all I really enjoyed the fact that my toddler had such a good experience on his first trip to the greatest pizza joint for kids! He ran around played games and even rode rides. His favorites where the cars and the horse. Although he only won like 94 tickets which was enough to get him some really funky neon green sunglasses that he adores we had a great time. Might have to make this a monthly trip. Only next time we won't go on the weekend but during a week day or week night when it isn't so crowded. Now take it , my toddler doesn't under stand the concept of playing all of the games, I pretty much just put a token in it and let him push the buttons , who cared if he got tickets or not , at his age he was just having a great time. Oh his favorite part was the Sky tubes to which he climbed over and over again backwards through the slide. I thought he would be scared but he just laugh and laugh.

Now what I didn't like about our experience. Some parents just let their kids run wild. True there motto is: Chuck E Cheese's a place where a kid can be a kid. But come on parents you still have to watch your rug-rats. I was at this one game with my toddler just letting him push the buttons not carrying if we won tickets or not and this little girl about 8 or 9 approaches us and takes over. She moves my son's hand out the way and starts playing the game. I had to stop her telling her first of all he's playing it and we aren't trying to win to go play the game next to us. But she wouldn't leave us along. So when the game ended we moved over to another one and then another kid shows up and takes over this game from my child while I am standing there. I am thinking really???? Where in the heck or these children parents and why are they letting them roam around without any tokens? This went on for the longest. And I just couldn't figure it out. I wasn't there to supply everyone's child with tokens , I made sure my child had a great time but I didn't know where all these other kids we're coming from or where there parents were.

The Munchkin Baby Food Grinder

We were going on vacation to the beach and I needed a way to make fresh babyfood for my , that would be quick and simple and wouldn't require me bringing our heavy duty baby food processor. So I came across this product while shopping in target and thought , why not give it a try. This baby grinder is portable and very easy to use . You place the food in the grinder such as carrots and you turn the top knob around a few times and the food is grinded down to safe pieces for the baby to swallow. The whole process is quick. it also doesn't require any batteries or electricity. The grinder is small and convenient so I can take it with me wherever we go. I have used it at the mall, the park, the beach, pretty much everywhere we went while on vacation. Another plus about this product is that it is easy to wash. The grinder is made of plastic so you can wash it by hand or in the dishwasher on the top shelve. I just take the top part off and rinse both parts quickly it under the faucet with a little soap. The grinder comes out looking like new. This item will be coming with us in the diaper bag for when we eat out at restaurants or have dinner with friends at their houses since its just that portable.
